RM of Cornwallis Bulk Water Systems
The RM of Cornwallis has 4 Municipal Wells throughout the municipality.
- Curries Landing (1-1.5 miles North off Veterans Way on 102W)
- Grand Valley (Grandvalley Rd & 113W)
- 34th St (Across from Alternative Landscaping on 111W)
- Martinville (51N & 103W)
This water is UNTREATED and is intended for recreational use not drinking.
This a quick step-by-step to assist users with the new system.
You DO NOT need a new fob. Should you find your key fob still not working after following the steps below, please ensure you have paid your well fob key usage for the current year.
How to Operate The New System:
- Hold your key fob to the system and wait for the beeps
- Turn the system 'ON' (you may hear some gurgling)
- Wait a minute and the water will start to flow
Please be kind and obey the signage and turn the system off after use.

New users are required to fill out a New User Agreement and pay applicable fees, in order to receive a well fob. You can fill out the form ahead of time by accessing it HERE and returning it to us.
We accept cash, cheque, and debit at the office or by E-transfer to info@gov.cornwallis.mb.ca (No password required, but please state what it is you are paying for)
