Brandon Regional Health Centre (formally BGH-Brandon General Hospital), and Assiniboine Centre are major regional health services that provide care to all of Western Manitoba. There are six walk-in clinics in the City.
New residents coming to the City looking for a family doctor are encouraged to call the various clinics throughout the city for doctors that are taking new patients.

Residents of the RM of Cornwallis are able to access medical services at CFB Shilo through the Western Medical Clinic 765-3202 or through the Brandon facilities found in the links listed to the left.
