Private Works Services – R.M. of Cornwallis

The R.M. of Cornwallis offers Private Works services to municipal residents for work completed on personal property.

Available Services

The following services are available:

  • Snow Clearing

  • Grading

  • Mowing

The cost is $50.00 per service.
Please note: Prices are subject to change as determined by Council of the R.M. of Cornwallis.

How It Works

Residents wishing to access Private Works services are encouraged to complete a Public Works Form HERE.

  • The form will be kept on file for a seasonal period of six (6) months.

  • You do not need to complete a new form for each service request within that seasonal period.

When you require a service:

  1. Submit your $50.00 payment to the municipal office. Payment must be received prior to any work being completed.

  2. Contact the office and request your required service(s).

Please Note:

  • Municipal (R.M.) projects take priority over private works requests.

  • Services will be scheduled accordingly.
