Private Works

The Public Works Department is pleased to offer a range of private work services to residents of our community. These services are available to help property owners with essential maintenance and improvement needs at affordable rates.

Residents may request the following services:

Grading is available at a rate of $150.00. This service helps level and prepare land on your property for a variety of purposes.

Plowing is available at a rate of $75.00. This service assists residents with snow and ice removal to help keep private driveways and areas accessible during winter months.

Mowing and tractor services are available at a rate of $120.00. This service supports residents in maintaining their property by providing professional mowing and tractor work as needed.

To request any of these services, residents are asked to complete the online request form available here: UPDATED Public Works Private Property Release Form.pdf. Once your form has been submitted, a member of the Public Works Department will follow up with you to confirm your request and schedule the work.
