Private Works Services

Private Works Services – R.M. of Cornwallis

The R.M. of Cornwallis offers Private Works services to municipal residents for work completed on personal property.

Available Services

The following services are available:

  • Snow Clearing $75.00
  • Grading $150.00
  • Mowing/Tractor $120

Please note: Prices are subject to change as determined by Council of the R.M. of Cornwallis.

How It Works

Residents wishing to access Private Works services are encouraged to complete a Private Works Form (In the "Online Forms" tab under "Residents")

  • The form will be kept on file for a seasonal period of six (6) months.
  • You do not need to complete a new form for each service request within that seasonal period

When you require a service:

  1. Submit your payment to the municipal office. Payments must be received prior to any work being completed.
  2. Contact the office and request your required service(s).

Please Note:

  • Municipal (R.M.) projects take priority over private works requests.
  • Services will be scheduled accordingly

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at the municipal office — we are happy to assist you.
